Bitmain has recently come up with an ultra-powerful ASIC, Antminer E9 3GH/s 2556W (ETH). It has been tailor-made for Ethereum.
One of the most important USPs of Antminer E9 3GH/s 2556W (ETH) is that it can reach peak hash rates of 3GH/s. This is approximately the same as non-LHR 32 Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 graphics cards.
While the power consumption of Antminer E9 3GH/s 2556W (ETH) is 2,665W, the miner is not available for purchase as of present. It will however be available for purchase at a later time. The selling price is not specified as of yet but is likely to be in the line of $65,000.
Nevertheless, Bitmain Antminer E9 is being cited to and is all set to become the most powerful Ethereum mining ASIC from across the world. The miner works using the Ethash algorithm and comes with a 1-year warranty. Bitmain Antminer E9 makes a preferred choice for accessing unmatched mining returns.
The product’s manufacturer is Bitmain and the model is Antminer E9 (3Gh). The release date is yet to be specified but the miner will be launched soon.
The product size is 195 x 290 x 400mm and it weighs 14.2 kg. It operates at a noise level of 75 dB and features four fans for keeping the product cool. The operating voltage is 12V.
Antminer E9 (3Gh) has been created for the Ethernet interface. It delivers the best outcomes when working at temperatures amid 5-45 degrees Celsius and within a humidity range of 5-95%.
Antminer E9 (3Gh) has come across a fair bit of popularity even before its release because it offers an excellent power consumption to price ratio, superior to its predecessors. The miner’s efficiency is a commendable 0.85 J/M.
It will be interesting to compare Antminer E9 (3Gh) to the currently available NVIDIA mining cards. Antminer E9 (3Gh) is equivalent to 115 CMP 30HXs (26 MH/s per 30HX), or 32 RTX 3080s (94 MH/s per 3080), or 25 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090s (120 MH/s per 3090). These figures go to show that Antminer E9 (3Gh) is a robust performer and features high efficiency.
When we consider the case of Linzhi Phoenix miner, we see that Antminer E9 (3Gh) is 14.8% more efficient and 15.3% quicker in comparison.
The earning potential of Antminer E9 (3Gh) is also outstanding. When powered by $0.059 per kWh, Antminer E9 (3Gh) would make around $236 per day. This further translates to $7,000 monthly and around $100,000 yearly. Electricity costs have been adjusted herein. Antminer E9 (3Gh) hence makes a feasible and cost-effective investment proposition for miners.
Miners are finding themselves in favor of investing in Antminer E9 (3Gh) because it yields profits of around $200 every day through minable coins. All these features are made available at a low power consumption of 2556V.
