What Is the Enterprise GPU Servers?

A GPU server is a rack-mount node that houses multiple data center GPUs together with CPUs, high-speed networking, NVMe storage and power and cooling sized for sustained AI workloads. MinersDeals specifies, sources, configures and burns in complete nodes rather than shipping loose components.

The GPU is only part of the cost and only part of the risk. CPU-to-GPU ratio, PCIe topology, NIC placement relative to GPU root complexes, NVMe throughput for dataset staging and PSU redundancy all determine whether a node reaches its theoretical performance in production.

We build to the workload. Inference nodes typically favour more PCIe GPUs, more network throughput and lower cost per GPU. Training nodes favour SXM baseboards with NVLink, higher memory bandwidth and network fabrics designed for collective operations across nodes.

Every node is assembled, firmware-matched, thermally validated and burn-in tested before it ships, so the failures that would otherwise surface in your first training run surface in our lab instead.

Rack Power & Cooling for GPU Servers

Modern GPU nodes break the assumptions most colocation contracts were written under. A single eight-GPU node can consume as much power as an entire legacy rack, so the first design question is always kilowatts per rack and how that heat leaves the building.

Air cooling remains viable up to roughly 30–40 kW per rack with proper containment, blanking panels and controlled inlet temperatures. Beyond that, direct-to-chip liquid cooling or rear-door heat exchangers become necessary rather than optional.

We size PSU redundancy, PDU phase balance and airflow direction as part of the configuration, and we will flag when a target density is simply not achievable in the facility you have described.

Why Consider the Enterprise GPU Servers?

Workload-matched configuration

CPU ratio, PCIe topology, NIC placement and storage tiers chosen for training or inference specifically.

Burned in before shipping

Firmware matching, thermal validation and sustained load testing catch failures before deployment.

Air or liquid ready

Configurations that fit the facility you actually have, not an idealised data center.

Who Is the GPU Servers Best For?

  • Teams standing up their first AI infrastructure
  • Inference platforms scaling capacity
  • Research labs and HPC groups
  • Colocation deployments with fixed power budgets

Frequently Asked Questions

How many GPUs can a single server hold?

Commonly 2, 4 or 8 depending on the chassis and cooling design. Eight-GPU HGX nodes are standard for training.

How much power does a GPU server need?

Roughly 4 to 12 kW per node depending on GPU count and model. An eight-GPU H200 node typically lands between 8 and 10 kW.

Do I need liquid cooling?

Not always. Air cooling works to around 30–40 kW per rack with good containment; above that, direct-to-chip liquid or rear-door heat exchangers are usually required.

Are servers tested before delivery?

Yes. Nodes are assembled, firmware-matched, thermally validated and burn-in tested before shipping.

Can you match an existing configuration?

Yes. Send the specification you are running today and we will quote matching or equivalent nodes.
